Thank you for shopping with Electric Pineapple. We hope that you are happy with your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is below.

Returning an item to the website

Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of you receiving your goods.

All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a covering note stating reason fro the return.

FAQ’s

Can I cancel an order if i change my mind?

Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken. If after dispatch, please return goods and you will be refunded.

Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. No money will be debited from your account until your order is dispatched.

Can I change an existing order?

Yes, you are still able to amend your order until you have received a dispatch notification from us. Once the item has been dispatched, no amendments can be made to orders

For all of the above, your statutory rights are not affected, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

Can I return an order?

Customers can return orders to the Electric Pineapple. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Electric Pineapple reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers are also entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

How do I return my order?

You need to contact us either by email or phone and give the reason for your return. We will go through the procedure with you and you can choose whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement.

How am I refunded if I paid using Paypal?

PayPal is an online payment method and can only be refunded by returning your order back to the website.

What if my item is faulty?

If when you receive your purchase you find it to be damaged or faulty you must contact us by phone or email within 24hrs, customers will be asked to return the faulty/damaged goods to us. Without the returned item we will be unable to refund or replace it unless we have photographic proof of the issue and we are happy we are at fault. We will cover the postage and either issue you with a replacement (as long as the items is in stock) or a refund (whichever you choose).
